Lulu The Bomb Sniffing Dog Was Fired From The CIA Because She Doesn’t Like Sniffing Bombs

If you’ve ever been in a management position at work, you know how hard it is to discipline someone, let alone having to fire someone. Especially if that “someone” just happens to be an adorable furry black lab.

Lulu was recently let go by the CIA, it was a tough decision but it had to be done. She just wasn’t a very good fit for the high-responsibility job. But it wasn’t because she didn’t give it a good effort.

Lulu went through the entire CIA explosives training program and became a certified bomb dog with the government agency. After all of that hard work and training though, the adorable black lab wasn’t really into it.

After a few weeks in her role of sniffing out bombs (or trying to, anyway) her handler noticed that it wasn’t going that well. They said that she just didn’t seem to want to be bothered with bomb sniffing.

The CIA’s blog said that she seemed to have liked it at first, but then she just seemed to have lost her spark. They tried to motivate the sweet dog, but she held her ground — she didn’t want to sniff bombs.
