A Train For Abandoned Pups!

Eugene Bostick didn’t imagine that his new career after officially retiring 15 years ago would be driving a “Dog Train”.  But this new  job is probably his most gratifying.

Thrust into this new position by the inhumanity of others, Bostick and his brother enjoy the responsibility.

Living at the end of a dead street with his brother, Bostick said “We have a horse barn and people sometimes come by and dump dogs out here, leaving them to starve. So, we started feeding them, letting them in, taking them to the vet to get them spayed and neutered. We made a place for them to live.”

And an adorable way to keep them happy and entertained.  At 80-years-old the Fort Worth, Texas native says he never planned on dedicating his golden years to helping needy pets. He just couldn’t imagine doing otherwise.

The farm and barn are comfortable for the dogs and there’s plenty of space for them to roam and play.  But Bostick was looking for other ways to entertain the dogs and take them out on adventures.
